- Led the migration of a standalone performance-analytics platform into ClubOS, merging its database schema, authentication, and routing into one unified system with zero downtime.
- Architected and delivered a role, permissions, and access-control system for ClubOS, replacing fragmented, feature-specific access mechanisms with a single scalable model — governing zone access, admin permissions, and team/programme-level scoping — adopted across every area of the product.
- Designed and built a unified, Bunny-backed file storage and upload system, replacing duplicated per-feature upload logic with one scope-registered, security-hardened service (IDOR protection, rate limiting, file validation) used across ClubOS.
- Built a shared, reusable component and UI library for ClubOS, unifying previously duplicated calendar, form, and design-system functionality across feature teams, reducing maintenance overhead and accelerating future feature delivery.
- Drove internationalization of ClubOS, laying the groundwork for multi-language support and expanding the product's reach to new international markets.
